If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible.

・Cancellation fee on the day

= (basic fee for rental contract period) x 100%

・If you cancel the day before: (basic fee for rental contract period) x 70%

・If you cancel between 2 and 5 days before: (basic fee for rental contract period) x 30%

・If you cancel 6 days or more before: Free

If you cancel without permission: 100% of the fee paid
If you cancel due to bad weather on the day, there will be no cancellation fee if you contact us.
